Section 5101:6-20-13 - Effect of a pending administrative disqualification hearing(A) A pending administrative disqualification hearing shall not affect the right of either the accused individual, or the assistance group, to apply for program benefits and to receive them if otherwise eligible.(B) A pending administrative disqualification hearing shall not prevent the local agency from taking appropriate action to deny, reduce, or terminate assistance for other reasons.(C) The local agency is responsible for processing the application and issuing proper notice pursuant to rules 5101:6-2-02 and 5101:6-2-03 of the Administrative Code.Ohio Admin.
