Section 5101:11-4-02 - Apprentice registration(A) Registration procedure. Each apprentice must be registered by means of a separate apprenticeship agreement that is signed by that individual and by the program's authorized representative, and that contains all the details listed in rule 5101:11-4-03 of the Administrative Code. These details are to be submitted to the council office in a manner accepted by that office at the time. The council office shall register the apprentice if the submitted information meets the requirements of division 5101:11 of the Administrative Code.(B) Registration time frame. An apprentice shall be registered as of the date on which the final required signature is applied to the agreement, provided the contents of the document are correct and complete and are submitted within forty-five business days of his/her indenture. If the information is submitted after the forty-five day period, the apprentice shall be registered as of the date on which the council office grants its approval .Ohio Admin. Code 5101:11-4-02
