Section 4901:5-3-01 - Long-term forecast report due dates(A) All electric transmission owners or electric utilities required by section 4935.04 of the Revised Code to file a long-term forecast report must file annually on or before April fifteenth.(B) All gas and natural gas distribution companies required by section 4935.04 of the Revised Code to file a long-term forecast report must file every three years on or before June first.(C) Notwithstanding the requirements of paragraphs (A) and (B) of this rule, the commission may grant an extension of the filing deadline for good cause shown.Ohio Admin.
