Section 4781-12-07 - Flood plain management - notification of flood eventsWhen a flood event affects a manufactured home park, the following shall occur:
(A) The operator shall notify the division and the board of health having jurisdiction where the flood event occurred by email, telephone, or in person of the occurrence of the flood event within forty-eight hours after the end of the flood event;(B) The notice required by paragraph (A) of this rule shall include the number of lots affected by the flood event, the duration of the flood event, a description of the extent of damage to the manufactured home park infrastructure, the number of manufactured homes affected by the flood event, and how many of those homes had residents prior to the flood event;(C) After being notified of such a flood event, the board of health shall inspect the manufactured home park named in the notice. The board of health shall issue a report of inspection to the division within ten days after the inspection is completed; and(D) In order to determine the extent of flood damage to the affected portions of the manufactured home park and any manufactured home or other structure, the division shall review the report of inspection issued by the board of health pursuant to section 4781.33 of the Revised Code.
