Section 4781-12-04.1 - Manufactured home park inspection(A) The division or its contractually designated representative shall inspect manufactured home parks and require compliance with sections 4781.26 to 4781.35 of the Revised Code and rules adopted thereunder.(B) The division or its contractually designated representative shall have authority to enter manufactured home parks at reasonable times to conduct inspections and investigate conditions relating to the enforcement of rules 4781-12-01 to 4781-12-32 of the Administrative Code.(C) Boards of health of city or general health districts shall have the right of first refusal for those contracts.Ohio Admin.
