Section 4781-12-02 - Application of rules; license for manufactured home parks(A) All manufactured home parks shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 4781-12 of the Administrative Code.(B) Except as provided in division (B) of rule 4781-12-4 of the Administrative Code, no person shall maintain or operate a manufactured home park in this state without a license issued by the division. The license shall be issued for a period not to exceed one year and may be suspended or revoked at any time for failure to comply with any provision of Chapter 4781-12 of the Administrative Code or sections 4781.26 to 4781.51 of the Revised Code.Ohio Admin.
