Section 4765-21-01 - General provisions(A) No person providing instruction in firefighter, fire safety inspector, hazard recognition officer, or instructor certification courses may do so without possessing the appropriate certificate to teach issued by the executive director pursuant to section 4765.55 of the Revised Code and Chapters 4765-21 and 4765-24 of the Administrative Code.(B) Certification courses are taught under the auspices of an accredited or a chartered program.Ohio Admin.
