Section 4758-5-07 - Requirements for certification of registered applicants (RA)(A) To be certified as a registered applicant, an individual shall complete the following: (1) Complete and submit a registered applicant form and a professional development plan that is acceptable to the board along with the required fee.(2) Be at least eighteen years of age.(3) Have at least a high school diploma or high school equivalence diploma.(B) The registered applicant is a thirteen month certificate.(C) An individual must wait two years after expiration to reapply to be a registered applicant.Ohio Admin.
