Section 4723-26-06 - Nurse delegation to community health workers(A) This chapter sets forth standards for the delegation and supervision of nursing tasks performed by a community health worker at the delegation of a registered nurse. (B) Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent any person registered, certified, licensed, or otherwise legally authorized under any law in this state from engaging in the practice for which such person is registered, certified, licensed, or authorized.
