Section 4713-6-05 - Student identification

While working in an approved facility, all students participating in the internship program shall wear a visible identification badge issued by the student's school. The identification badge shall have on it: the word "intern", indicate the type of program in which the student is enrolled, the student's name, and the school name. The student intern shall have government photo identification or school issued photo identification immediately available at all times when interning and shall show the identification to a board inspector upon inspection or request.
