Section 4713-13-07 - Employee/employer infection control responsibility(A) The board shall hold individual licensees, boutique services registration holders, and facility owners responsible for compliance with the board's safety and infection control standards as follows:(1) Facility owners are responsible for all common areas; and(2) Licensees and boutique services registration holders are responsible for their assigned service area and any service area they are using at the time of inspection .(B) Individual licensees engaged in the practice of barbering or any branch of cosmetology, including boutique services, shall thoroughly cleanse their hands with soap and water or an anti-bacterial sanitizer immediately before serving each patron.Ohio Admin.
