Section 4101:9-4-24 - Hearings

Except as provided in division (B) of section 4115.10 of the Revised Code, commerce, at the sole discretion of the director, may hold hearings in connection with any investigation. Any hearings held pursuant to section 4115.131 of the Revised Code shall be conducted in the manner set forth in section 119.12 of the Revised Code.
