Section 4101:9-4-18 - Construction by public authority with its own employees

A public authority that constructs a public improvement project with its own employees shall pay not less than the prevailing rate of wages, unless the public authority's employees performing the work are full-time employees that have completed their probationary period in the classified service of the public authority and are performing work consistent with the classified nature of their employment.
