Chapter 12 of the International Building Code, 2021 edition, as incorporated by reference and modified in Section 101.1.1 of this code, is further modified as follows:
Modify section 1210.3.1 to add the following sentence after the first sentence and before the exceptions:
Compartments of multiple-user facilities designed to serve all genders are to comply with the Type A privacy rating requirements of IAPMO/ANSI/CAN Z 124.10.
