Section 3775-16-07 - Tournaments(A) Sports gaming proprietors may conduct sports gaming tournaments. Only sporting events and wager types listed as approved in the commission's catalogue are authorized for use in a tournament.(B) Sports gaming proprietors must maintain and make the tournament rules available to all tournament patrons prior to the beginning of the tournament.(C) The tournament rules and procedures must include but are not limited to: (1) Qualification or selection criteria that limit the eligibility of tournament patrons;(2) Regulations of the tournament (e.g., beginning and ending times, number of events, entry fee, elimination factors, cash handling procedures, etc.); and(3) The nature and value of prizes to be awarded.Ohio Admin.
