Section 3773-6-03 - Promoter(A) Shall submit the names; addresses; date of birth; and last four digits of their social security number of all contestants seventy-two hours prior to the start of the event.(B) Shall pay a minimal fee to fight fax for information to see if any contestants have any professional boxing experience.(C) Shall set up tournament brackets which must be approved by the commission.(D) Shall provide security and at least one commissioned police officer for the event.Ohio Admin.
