Section 3772-50-27 - Hearings(A) If the commission concludes that administrative action should be taken against any applicant, licensee, certified independent skill-based amusement machine testing laboratory, or any other person subject to the requirements of this chapter, the commission shall provide notice of the proposed action in the manner prescribed under Chapter 119. of the Revised Code and Chapter 3772-21 of the Administrative Code.(B) All hearings and hearing procedures shall be conducted in the manner described in Chapter 3772-21 of the Administrative Code.
