Section 3772-10-22 - Tips and gratuities(A) Licensed employee's may not solicit any tip or gratuity from any patron of the casino facility.(B) Licensed employee's acting in a supervisory capacity may not accept any tip or gratuity from a patron of the casino facility.(C) All tips and gratuities given to table game dealers must be deposited in a transparent locked box reserved for such purpose. The tips and gratuities must be placed in a pool for distribution, pro rata, among the table game dealers, unless the tips and gratuities are given during the conduct of a player against player contest.
