Section 3745-67-50 - Waste piles - applicability(A) Rules 3745-67-50 to 3745-67-60 of the Administrative Code apply to owners and operators of facilities that treat or store hazardous waste in piles, except as rule 3745-65-01 of the Administrative Code provides otherwise.(B) Alternatively, a pile of hazardous waste may be managed as a landfill under rules 3745-68-01 to 3745-68-16 of the Administrative Code.Ohio Admin.
