Section 3745-33-10 - Applicability of rules of procedure

Ohio NPDES permit applications shall be acted upon and challenged in accordance with provisions of Chapters 3745. and 119. of the Revised Code and Chapters 3745-47 and 3745-49 of the Administrative Code.
