Section 3745-273-51 - Prohibitions- standards for universal waste transporters

A universal waste transporter is prohibited from:

(A) Disposing of universal waste; and

(B) Diluting or treating universal waste, except by responding to releases as provided in rule 3745-273-54 of the Administrative Code.
