Section 3745-27-63 - Class I scrap tire storage facility or class I scrap tire recovery facility permit to install application(A) Any reference to this rule in rule 3745-27-01 of the Administrative Code shall be construed as a reference to rule 3745-580-22, 3745-580-205, 3745-580-305, or 3745-580-405 of the Administrative Code.(B) Any reference to this rule in rule 3745-27-52 of the Administrative Code shall be construed as a reference to rule 3745-580-301 of the Administrative Code.(C) Any reference to this rule in rule 3745-27-99 of the Administrative Code shall be construed as a reference to rule 3745-580-301 or 3745-580-401 of the Administrative Code, as applicable.Replaces: 3745-27-63
