Section 3745-112-02 - Applicability

Except as provided in rule 3745-112-04 of the Administrative Code, this chapter shall apply to any person who sells, supplies, offers for sale, or manufactures consumer products on or after the effective date in the table in rule 3745-112-03 of the Administrative Code, for use in the state of Ohio.
