Section 3745-104-13 - Hazard assessment: defining offsite impacts - environment(A) The owner or operator shall list in the RMP environmental receptors within a circle with its center at the point of the release and a radius determined by the distance to the endpoint defined in paragraph (A) of rule 3745-104-09 of the Administrative Code.(B) Data sources acceptable. The owner or operator shall rely on information provided on local US geological survey maps or on any data source containing USGS data to identify environmental receptors. Ohio Admin.
