Section 3701-33-12 - Pest control(A) All buildings and storage areas shall be constructed and maintained in such a manner as to minimize the entrance of insects, rodents or other pests. This shall include, but not be limited to, screening or closure of all openings to permanent buildings, elimination of harborages, or use of chemical control by trained personnel.(B) Pest control measures shall be employed by the operator whenever an insect, rodent or other pest nuisance exists.
