Section 3701-22-12 - Annual report(A) Until September 30, 2024, each hospital is obligated to continue reporting information annually to the director in accordance with Chapter 3701-59 of the Administrative Code.(B) The Ohio department of health will work with the regulated industry to determine what, if any, new annual reporting requirements for hospitals to report to the department after September 30, 2024.Ohio Admin.
