Officers and enlisted personnel active in the "ROTC" program at the university of Cincinnati, as well as their spouses, domestic partners and dependents, are entitled to tuition remission in the same amounts and subject to same conditions as fulltime and part-time unrepresented employees, their spouses, domestic partners and dependents, as set forth in rule 3361:30-13-07.Thepresident or the president's designee shall have the authority to interpret and to issue policies implementing this rule.
