Section 3361:10-5-12 - Organization: vice president for legal affairs and general counsel(A) The vice president for legal affairs and general counsel shall, under the general supervision of the president and subject to the statutory authority of the attorney general, be responsible for all matters pertaining to the university's legal affairs. In this capacity, the vice president for legal affairs and general counsel shall provide advice to the board of trustees, to the president, and to other officers and employees on all legal matters affecting the university; manage litigation involving the university; and develop recommendations respecting the university's compliance with applicable state and federal laws.(B) The president may assign additional responsibilities to the vice president for legal affairs and general counsel as deemed necessary.
