Section 3358:5-3-10 - Faculty salary administration policy(A) Clark state college supports a salary administration process that is based on internal equity and market competitiveness.(B) Fair market value is also a critical component of salary administration.(C) The college shall use benchmarks of other colleges against which the salaries will be compared.Ohio Admin.
