Section 3358:5-1-17 - Annual board planning cycle(A) To accomplish its job outputs with a governance style consistent with board policies, the board will follow an annual agenda which:(1) Completes a re-exploration of ends policies annually, and(2) Continually improves its performance through attention to board education and to enriched input and deliberation.(B) Education, input and deliberation will receive the highest priority in structuring the series of meetings and other board activities during the year.Ohio Admin.
