Section 3358:14-7-06 - Student records(A) Access to and release of student records shall be in accordance with college policy and federal and state statutes and regulations, and in accordance with procedures adopted by the college.(B) Students will be advised of their rights concerning educational records and of certain categories of public information the college designates as directory information in accordance with procedures adopted and implemented by the college.Ohio Admin.
