Section 3358:14-1-03 - Legal basis and authority of the board of trustees(A) The powers and duties of the Northwest state community college district are described in Chapter 3358. of the Revised Code.(B) The Northwest state community college district is chartered as a state community college district by the authority of the Ohio board of regents in accordance with Chapter 3358. of the Revised Code.(C) The Northwest state community college district is incorporated as a political subdivision of the state and as a body corporate with all the powers of a corporation as described in Chapter 3358. of the Revised Code.(D) The Northwest state community college district shall include all the territories of Defiance, Fulton, Henry, Paulding and Williams counties.Ohio Admin.
