Section 3358:11-3-62 - Residency determination policy(A) Purpose. Determination of a student's residency status is necessary for the assessment of tuition surcharges and state subsidy payments. Owens community college shall follow the statutory requirements of the Revised Code for the defined status of a resident of Ohio, including but not limited to section 3333.31 of the Revised Code and rule 3333-1-10 of the Administrative Code for rules for determining student residency.(B) Implementation.
