Section 3335-5-49 - Other committees of the university(A) Other committees of the university may be designated by the board of trustees or, subject to the approval of the board of trustees, the president or university senate. These committees shall have no direct affiliation with the senate.(B) Unless otherwise specified by rule, the president shall appoint the members of these committees. Replaces: 3335-5-49
