Section 3335-15-03 - Authorization to recommend amendment or repeal of rules(A) The university faculty (either directly or through the university senate) is authorized to recommend through the president to the board of trustees the adoption of detailed rules and regulations for the university faculty. If adopted, these rules shall be called "rules of the university faculty" and shall be amended or repealed under the procedures outlined in the "bylaws of the board of trustees."(B) The university faculty (either directly or through the university senate) is also authorized to make recommendations through the president to the board of trustees concerning the promulgation, amendment or repeal of the other rules and regulations for the university.
