Section 3301-44-06 - Requirements to earn a high school diploma A high school diploma may be awarded under this chapter to a participant who: (A) Completes all course hours included in the annually approved provider application and participant success plan;(B) Successfully completes all competency-based program of study requirements as determined by the provider;(C) Earns a passing score on the nationally recognized job skills assessment selected by the state board of education pursuant to division (G) of section 3301.0712 of the Revised Code; and(D) Satisfies the industry-recognized credential requirement by meeting one of the following: (1) Earning one or more industry-recognized credentials that total twelve points in a single career field in accordance with the point values established by the department pursuant to section 3313.6113 of the Revised Code and available at www.education.ohio.gov;(2) Earning an industry-recognized credential aligned to a technical education program provided by an Ohio technical center; or(3) Earning an industry-recognized credential aligned to a college creditbearing course or program provided by a community college, state community college, or technical college.Ohio Admin.
