Section 3301-3-04 - Information technology center permit validity and revocation(A) To retain its site-permit, an information technology center will comply with:(1) Rule 3301-3-03 of the Administrative Code.(2) The responsibilities defined in rule 3301-3-06 of the Administrative Code and the performance standards set forth in rule 3301-3-07 of the Administrative Code. The department may conduct a site-review of an information technology center, which information technology center will correct any noted deficiencies within a time period established by the department.(B) Any site-permit issued by the department under this rule will remain valid until surrendered by the permit holder or suspended or revoked by the department pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 119. of the Revised Code for failure to comply with the rules of this chapter.Ohio Admin.
