Section 1501:9-3-10 - Class II disposal well and surface facility reclamation(A) A person shall comply with Chapter 1509. of the Revised Code and Chapter 1501:9-11 of the Administrative Code regarding the plugging, abandonment, and reclamation of a class II disposal well and surface facility.(B) A class II disposal well owner shall submit a decommissioning plan for review and acceptance by the chief prior to commencement of plugging the class II disposal well.(C) If a surface facility is not connected to a class II disposal well with a valid permit authorizing injection, the person operating the surface facility may only continue to operate if an oil and gas waste facility permit is obtained pursuant to Chapter 1501:9-4 of the Administrative Code.Ohio Admin.
