Section 1501:47-9-04 - Intoxicating beverages(A) No person shall overtly and publicly consume or display the presence of any beer or intoxicating liquor, as defined in section 4301.01 of the Revised Code while occupying any watercraft upon the waters of Atwood lake, Beach City lake, Charles Mill lake, Clendening lake, Leesville lake, Pleasant Hill lake, Piedmont lake, Seneca lake, Tappan lake, or Wills Creek lake.Ohio Admin.
