Section 1501:47-9-01 - Horsepower limitationsThe following horsepower limitations apply to the following named waters of the Muskingum watershed conservancy district.
(A) "Horsepower" means the horsepower rating published by the manufacturer for the power unit involved and any power unit modified to reduce or increase the manufacturers rating is not to be operated on the waters of the district.(B) It is unlawful for any person to operate a watercraft having a motor capacity in excess of ten horsepower on Beach City, Charles Mill, Clendening, Leesville, Piedmont and Wills Creek lakes.(C) It is unlawful for any person to operate a watercraft with a motor in excess of twenty-five horsepower on Atwood lake.(D) It is unlawful for any person to operate a watercraft with a motor in excess of three hundred ninety-nine horsepower on Tappan lake.(E) It is unlawful for any person to operate a watercraft with a motor in excess of three hundred ninety-nine horsepower on Seneca lake.Ohio Admin.
