Upon receipt of the engineer's certification and the as-built plans as set forth in paragraph (C) of rule 1501:21-21-03 of the Administrative Code, the chief will within thirty days inspect the completed construction. If the chief finds that construction was completed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and changes, the chief will within fourteen days after inspection approve the construction and notify the owner in writing. If the chief finds that construction was not completed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and changes, the chief will notify the owner of the necessary remedial measures within fourteen days after inspection.
