Section 145-3-10 - Application by participant for refund of contributions(A) This rule amplifies section 8.01(c) of the member-directed plan document and section 8.04(c) of the combined plan document. (B) For purposes of section 8.01(c) of the member-directed plan document and section 8.04(c) of the combined plan document, "eligible for benefits under article IX" means a participant is eligible for a benefit under section 9.01 of the member-directed plan document or combined plan document with an effective retirement benefit date on or before the first of the month following the date application for a refund is received by the public employees retirement system.
