Section 145-3-04 - Impact of weekend or holiday on initial plan selection(A) This rule amplifies section 145.19 of the Revised Code and sections 2.01 of the combined and member-directed plan documents. (B) If the last day of the one hundred-eighty-day election period occurs on a weekend or holiday, the public employees retirement system may accept the election on the first business day after the last day of the one hundred-eighty-day period.
