Section 1301:3-2-02 - Definitions(A) "Division" means the division of industrial compliance in the Ohio department of commerce.(B) "Plumbing: means the practice, materials, and fixtures used in the installation, maintenance, extension, and alteration of all piping, fixtures, appliances, and appurtenances in connection with any of the following: drainage systems, venting systems, and the water supply systems within or adjacent to any building, structure, or conveyance, and the practice and materials used in the installation, maintenance, extension, or alteration of the storm water, liquid waste, or drainage systems and water supply systems of any premises.(C) "Plumbing inspection" means the examination of the plans and specifications covering the plumbing and their approval prior to the start of construction or installation and the examination of the premises during and after construction or installation.(D) "Superintendent" means the superintendent of the division of industrial compliance in the Ohio department of commerce.Ohio Admin.
