Section 1301:3-11-17 - Elevator safety review board referral; investigations(A) Upon receipt of a complaint that a violation of Chapter 4785. of the Revised Code or rules promulgated thereunder has been committed, the division of industrial compliance shall refer the matter to the elevator safety review board for investigation under section 4785.092 of the Revised Code.(B) In addition to referring a complaint to the elevator safety review board, the division may independently investigate an alleged violation of Chapter 4785. of the Revised Code or rules promulgated thereunder to the extent relevant to renewal of an elevator mechanic's or elevator contractor's license, as provided in division (F) of section 4785.041 of the Revised Code.Ohio Admin.
