Section 1301:18-9-06 - Variances The division may grant variances from rules promulgated in accordance with Chapters 3796. and 3780. of the Revised Code when: (A) The applicable provision is not statutorily mandated; (B) The proposed variance is within public interest; (C) Individuals will not be injured by the proposed variance; and (D) The applicable provision would, in the particular case, be unreasonable or unnecessarily burdensome.
