Section 1301:18-2-02 - Authorized initial application periods(A) The following applicants are authorized to file an application for licensure with the division:(1) Cultivators, processors, testing laboratories, and dispensaries currently licensed as a chapter 3796 medical marijuana facility seeking license conversion to a dual- use license as defined by rule 1301:18-1-01 of the Administrative Code.(2) Entities eligible for a 10(B) dispensary license as established by rule 1301:18-2-06 of the Administrative Code.(B) All application materials for the applicants authorized to apply in accordance with paragraph (A) of this rule will be published no later than June 7, 2024.Ohio Admin.
