Section 1301:10-2-03 - Public notice procedures

The director of commerce shall follow the procedures set forth in Chapter 119. of the Revised Code in regard to public notice of the proposed adoption, amendment or rescission of any rule. The director of commerce shall follow the procedures set forth in Chapter 119. of the Revised Code in regard to public notice of all adjudication hearings.
