Section 113-8-01 - Pay for success contracting program authority

Pursuant to sections 113.60 to 113.62 of the Revised Code, the treasurer of state may adopt rules in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code to administer the pay for success contracting program and shall adopt rules pursuant to division (D) of section113.60 of the Revised Code.
