Section 109:1-5-08 - Fees for electronic instant bingo endorsement for manufacturers(A) Any person desiring to obtain an electronic instant bingo endorsement as described in division (E) of section 2915.082 of the Revised Code shall pay to the attorney general an annual fee of ten thousand dollars. This fee shall not be refundable.(B) If the cost of conducting the background investigation or processing the manufacturer's application for an electronic instant bingo endorsement exceeds ten thousand dollars, the attorney general may charge the applicant an additional fee as necessary to cover the cost. No electronic instant bingo endorsement shall be issued unless the attorney general has received payment for all fees.Ohio Admin. Code 109:1-5-08
